Welcome to Division 26 Electrical Estimating's BIM webpage.Thank You for visting.
We currently do have Building Information Modeling or BIM software and are looking to how
we can deliver it as a quality tool to aid the Electrical Contractor with installs as well as the
HVAC,Plumbing and Sprinkler Contractors. I do believe there will be savings across the
board the more we can pre-plan any projects mechanical spaces.The overall combined
project coordination with BIM, design, estimating, scheduling through the construction
phase should be excellent in my opinion. Just recently we have updated to Revit MEP &
AutoCAD MEP Suite 2012 and will be working with that install and orientation of the MEP
software. I am happy to report we are up and running with this software as of 4-14-2011.
